We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please review our return policy below.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@stylishshop.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items Eligible for Return

  • Most regular-priced items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Final Sale – No Returns or Exchanges

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and custom reasons:

  • Underwear & Intimates

  • Skincare, beauty, and personal care products

  • Jewelry & piercings

  • Print-on-demand / custom-made items

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment (please allow 5–10 business days for processing).

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
